This can be any name you choose. If you have already identified the property being purchased, a common approach is to use the property address (e.g. "123 Smith Street Bare Trust"). If the property has not yet been identified, you may choose another suitable name.
This Company will be the trustee of the Bare Trust. The Company trustee of your SMSF, cannot be the trustee of the Bare Trust.
This can be any name you choose. Common choices include names based on the property address or the name of the Bare Trust. Please note that ASIC does not permit the word "Trust" to be included in a company name. "Pty Ltd" will be added automatically when the company is registered.
